- Thousands of Claims Filed Under Camp Lejeune Justice Act by Marine Veterans: The federal governments says that so far, at least 117,000 compensation claims and 1,300 federal lawsuits have been filed by veterans and other individuals with illnesses linked to Marine Base Camp Lejeune.
- Government Sets August 2024 Deadline to File Camp Lejeune Cancer Claims: Veterans and others with illnesses linked to toxic chemicals in the drinking water at Camp Lejeune have until August 2024 to file a claim for compensation under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act, the federal government has announced.
