The Abbery Launches Jeep Hybrid Battery Lawsuits Website for Heygood, Orr & Pearson

The Abbery recently designed and launched JeepHybridBatteryLawsuits.com, a dedicated pay-per-click landing site built for the Dallas-based litigation firm Heygood, Orr & Pearson (HO&P).

The site is purpose-built to connect Jeep 4xe owners with HO&P’s legal team quickly, clearly, and on mobile, and represents exactly the kind of high-stakes PPC work The Abbery does best.

The Litigation

Jeep and its parent company Stellantis recalled Jeep Wrangler 4xe and Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe SUVs in November 2023 and September 2024 because of defects with the hybrid batteries in these models that have been linked to vehicle fires. In some cases, fires from battery pack issues occurred when the SUVs were parked and turned off.

The recall acknowledged that some battery cells in the affected Wrangler 4xe models could short-circuit internally, creating a thermal runaway — an uncontrolled heating reaction that can cause smoke or fire.

Despite a software update, owners continued reporting underhood fires and “Service Hybrid Electric Vehicle System” warnings, and at least 13 cases of fires linked to battery defects in Jeep Grand Cherokee and Wrangler models have been reported.

In March 2024, a class action lawsuit was filed against Jeep alleging that the hybrid batteries could cause SUVs to catch fire, placing owners in serious physical danger, and that Jeep and Stellantis committed breach of warranty and hid important safety information.

Drivers who owned or leased a 2022–2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe or a 2020–2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid may be eligible to receive compensation.
